The role
Join the Perception Verification and Validation team to quantify the performance of the autonomous driving perception stack.
Define and track key performance metrics to measure feature impact on perception and end-to-end system behavior.
Create and maintain large-scale datasets and dashboards for evaluating perception accuracy and driving performance.
Analyze results to identify failure modes, patterns, and insights; present findings to leadership.
Design statistical methods to quantify uncertainty in performance and validation metrics.
Collaborate with data scientists, perception engineers, and systems engineers to drive data-driven decision making and experiment design.
