EMEA Project Executive/Leader - Real Estate Project Delivery

Lead and manage complex real estate projects across the EMEA region, including new builds, refreshes, and ongoing operations, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality. Apply formal project management methods while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders (People, Finance, IT, Procurement) to align with strategic goals and brand. Oversee due diligence, business requirements gathering, programming, design, bidding, permitting, procurement, and vendor evaluations and selections. Own financial management for projects—estimating costs, maintaining budgets and forecasts, cash flow analysis, and executive reporting. Promote sustainability and innovative design by integrating workplace principles, brand culture, and efficient operations into every project. Travel across the region as needed, provide ad hoc support to the Places team, and lead delivery resources to scale with organizational needs.
