The role
Lead and manage the UK and global finance function, delivering strategic financial direction to drive sustainable growth across markets.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial reporting to safeguard revenue and optimize costs.
Establish robust governance, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the division.
Partner with senior leadership to deliver commercial insights, evaluate investments, and shape strategic initiatives.
Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team while promoting cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
Operate in a hybrid work model with strong stakeholder engagement and a clear roadmap for development and succession.
