The role
A reputable contractor specialising in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in London is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Manager. The role involves managing the entire pre-construction process from initial enquiry to contract award and overseeing multiple projects valued between £1m and £25m+. The candidate will coordinate bid submissions, review project risks, and develop programme strategies while working closely with clients, designers, and supply chain partners. Strong experience in fit-out, refurbishment, or design and build environments is required, along with excellent commercial awareness and team leadership abilities.
