The role
Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team to deliver safe, efficient operations.
Oversee daily activities, maintain stock accuracy, meet customer service targets, and ensure audit-ready records.
Deliver inductions and ongoing training, manage holidays and absences, and ensure effective shift coverage.
Own the logistics function during night shifts or in the supervisor’s absence, upholding Health & Safety and hygiene rules.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer requirements and maintain stock integrity across processes.
Drive continuous improvement and provide leadership that supports progression within a fast-growing food manufacturing environment.
