The role
Leads complex financial analyses and performance insights to support strategy, planning, and operational decisions for physician practice operations.
Develops and maintains financial performance analytics, budgeting, and reporting aligned with system goals and performance metrics.
Collaborates with finance and operations partners to interpret results, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
Manages projects, builds relationships across business lines, and provides training to end-users on finance tools and concepts.
Delivers accurate, error-free analyses using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) and SQL.
Supports safe patient care and financial stewardship by translating data into strategies that enable profitable growth.
