The role
As an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data to support program needs in San Antonio, TX.
Build and combine data sources to produce data extracts that inform analytics initiatives.
Translate metrics into actionable insights and present them in executive-level formats to enable data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including staffing, strategic sourcing, and leadership, to support data-driven workforce decisions.
Drive process efficiency by applying standard methods, tools, and guidelines while identifying opportunities for improvement and risk.
Coordinate workforce approvals, deviations, or changes and partner with HR to ensure policy compliance and timely communication of staffing issues.
