The role
Lead Accountant responsible for hands-on external financial reporting under US GAAP and SEC rules.
Own the preparation and review of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and related SEC disclosures, including footnotes and MD&A.
Draft quarterly earnings materials, support non-GAAP reconciliations, and oversee XBRL tagging and filing validations.
Manage the SEC calendar and disclosure committee, partner with Legal, FP&A, HR, Tax, and Treasury, and coordinate with external auditors.
Support or lead Form S-1 filings and IPO readiness activities; provide technical accounting research and policy guidance on ASC 606, ASC 842, share-based compensation, FX, and other areas.
Perform month-end close, ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance, and act as a central point of contact to drive accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
