The role
Drive end-to-end delivery of finance initiatives, including system implementations, process redesigns, and reporting enhancements.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Systems, and external vendors to define scope, success metrics, dependencies, and delivery plans.
Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-value work while keeping processes lightweight.
Facilitate planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, translating business needs into actionable work items.
Provide transparent progress reporting on risks and outcomes, and escalate blockers to leadership for timely resolution.
Operate within a global, matrixed environment, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
