The role
As a Data Scientist Graduate focusing on LIVE data, you will analyze watching experience, creator ecosystem, and algorithm improvements within LIVE-related business.
Design and maintain a metrics framework to measure product health and continuously track core metrics, identifying root causes of movements.
Apply statistical methods for experimentation and causal inference, including A/B testing.
Identify growth opportunities from data analytics and drive business decisions by partnering with PM, MLE, and RD to deliver product and strategy improvements.
Research data science theories and methodologies to improve analysis efficiency and build scalable data tools.
Communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams and contribute to data-driven decision making.
