The role
Proactive Health Care Assistant position in the renal/dialysis unit, supporting patient care and treatment environments.
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will prepare and maintain areas and equipment for clinical treatments.
The role includes extensive walking between patients, some lifting, and ensuring safety for patients, relatives, and visitors.
Strong computer literacy and interpersonal skills are essential to build effective team relationships and manage documentation.
This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with diverse shifts and comprehensive training and development.
A healthcare background and NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care are preferred qualifications.
