The role
Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of web platforms, ensuring high performance, security, and accessibility.
Own end-to-end web projects from concept and requirements through deployment and post-launch support.
Collaborate with program, policy, marketing, and analytics teams to translate goals into robust web solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to junior and mid-level developers, fostering growth and excellence.
Implement WCAG-compliant accessibility and security best practices, and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency.
Integrate data visualizations, interactive maps, forms, and APIs to showcase impact and support decision-making.
