The role
Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of System Security Plans (SSPs) for mission-critical projects, serving as the designated ISO and providing ISSO support.
Act as the primary cybersecurity subject matter expert for TENET security plans, guiding project teams through onboarding while ensuring compliance with the appropriate blueprint architecture.
Collaborate with flight projects, research, and technical teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements early in the system development lifecycle and across cloud and on-prem environments.
Manage the full RMF lifecycle—from categorization and control implementation to continuous monitoring and decommissioning—in alignment with A&A and sponsor requirements.
Coordinate POA&Ms and risk-based decisions, tracking remediation efforts and fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness among staff.
Provide clear, actionable guidance to engineers and management, bridging technical depth with project objectives to safeguard mission success.
