Agentic AI Developer

As an Agentic AI Developer, you will design and implement sophisticated AI-driven software aligned with customers’ business goals. You will apply prompt engineering techniques—zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought—and role-based prompting to steer model outputs. You will integrate LLM APIs and SDKs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face, and work with embeddings and vector databases. You will handle data processing with sentence transformers, OpenAI embeddings, and recursive/semantic chunking. You will build autonomous software agents using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen and Semantic Kernel. The role requires independent judgment, leadership, and accountability for outcomes that impact the software function, based in Bucharest, Romania.
