The role
The role involves ensuring the quality, security, and reliability of physical and Infrastructure-as-Code platforms across delivery teams by applying structured testing principles. Activities include analysing infrastructure requirements, creating test strategies, provisioning environments, and designing tests across physical and virtual platforms. Candidates should possess experience in all phases of the software testing lifecycle, infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments, with knowledge of Security-by-Design principles and automation tools. The role requires familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and security frameworks such as NIST and STIG. Strong problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills are essential, with a focus on continuous improvement within highly secured environments.
