The role
An Engineering Project Manager at Beagle Aircraft oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex aerospace projects from development through production. The role involves developing project plans, managing schedules, risks, and milestones, and ensuring effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will monitor project performance, resolve issues, and update senior management on progress. They will also facilitate lessons learned and process improvements for future projects. The position requires experience in engineering or manufacturing project coordination, with strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills. Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly advantageous, but candidates from other complex engineering fields are also considered.
