Senior Estimator (Estimator 3): Produces detailed quantity take-offs, analyzes trade pricing, and prepares comprehensive construction budgets. Collaborates with internal teams, optimizes costs, and supports project delivery. Maintains standard operating procedures, mentors junior staff, and evaluates subcontractor bids.
