The role
Lead the design, development, and productionization of AI prototypes and agent-based solutions that impact millions of users.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, BI, and Product Managers to deploy robust ML models and LLM-powered features in production.
Build scalable data pipelines processing real-time data to power models and deliver accurate results.
Own the ML model/agent lifecycle, including versioning, training, retraining, deployment, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
Improve fraud detection, matching, search, and user happiness by applying cutting-edge deep learning and statistical techniques.
Advocate a data-driven culture, write clean, scalable code, and drive ML engineering best practices in a collaborative hybrid team in Vancouver.
