The role
Lead the vision and development of a scalable Ads Marketplace Quality platform, focusing on auction efficiency and ad relevance.
Own the end-to-end roadmap and deliver measurable improvements in ad delivery, ranking, and marketplace tradeoffs.
Design and optimize auction and ranking mechanisms through utility function design and data-driven experimentation.
Build and mentor a growing team of engineers, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
Collaborate with product, data science, and cross-functional partners to align strategy with business goals and customer needs.
Champion quality, SLAs, and robust serving infrastructure, while communicating risks and progress to stakeholders.
