The role
Lead a data science function focused on delivering data-driven insights that improve customer experience and drive profitable growth for checkout and payment products.
Define product strategy by identifying opportunities from data and presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders.
Create and monitor metrics, data pipelines, dashboards, and automation tools (SQL, Tableau/Looker, Python) to inform decisions.
Analyze large, complex behavioral datasets to reveal historical patterns and inform experimentation and prioritization.
Design and interpret A/B tests, providing holistic recommendations based on test results and business impact.
Manage and mentor a team of product analysts and data engineers, delivering end-to-end analytics projects in cross-functional partnerships.
