The role
Lead the people data and insights strategy to align with overall business objectives, translating data into actionable workforce initiatives. Collect and integrate data from HRIS, employee surveys, and performance metrics to build a cohesive analytics foundation. Define KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards that monitor workforce performance, engagement, and productivity. Develop predictive models to forecast turnover, hiring needs, and talent mobility, refining them with feedback. Present findings and storytelling-driven insights to stakeholders, driving data-driven decisions and actions. Ensure data governance, quality, and security while partnering with IT and HR to optimize data collection and availability.
