The role
Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to design, develop, and evaluate state-of-the-art generative AI solutions that address real-world challenges.
Interact directly with customers to understand business problems, guide adoption patterns, and help productionize customized GenAI solutions.
Optimize customer solutions through model selection, training and tuning, right-sizing, distillation, and hardware optimization.
Design and run experiments, research new algorithms, and explore novel ways to improve risk, profitability, and customer experience.
Provide customer and market feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product direction and roadmap.
Work in a fast-paced, collaboration-driven environment to imagine bespoke use cases and scale them with responsible and cost-efficient GenAI practices.
