The role
You will own the technical vision for model selection, training, and deployment across the product stack.
Build end-to-end training pipelines—from data to inference—plus robust evaluation for performance, safety, and bias.
Design and adapt frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible) and develop novel architectures as needed.
Develop scalable inference systems (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, DeepSpeed) and optimize GPU usage and latency.
Shape data strategy with synthetic and real-world data, and explore retrieval-augmented training and mixture-of-experts.
Operate as a founding contributor, steering early product directions, engineering standards, and high-performance culture.
