The role
AI Trainer and Content Editor role focused on training and refining AI systems by adopting a user mindset to create natural, practical data you would use.
Evaluate AI outputs by reviewing and ranking responses from large language models.
Contribute across projects, using your skills to craft complex prompts, assess AI reasoning, and improve model performance.
Ideal candidates demonstrate analytical problem-solving, strong writing, and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to explain decisions clearly.
Nice-to-have backgrounds include literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, and related fields; prior writing or editorial experience is a plus.
This is a 1099 freelance, fully remote position with flexible hours and weekly payouts, base pay varying by location, plus potential project bonuses.
