Hybrid GenAI Engineer role focused on strategizing and delivering AI-driven solutions across the organization.
Lead technical discussions to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures and system designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into existing workflows and decision-making processes.
Evaluate and select AI/ML technologies, platforms, and frameworks to meet business needs; drive best practices in AI solution development.
5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record delivering measurable AI value; strong Python and ML frameworks.
Excellent communication skills to articulate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
