The role
Boston-based, hybrid/remote Legal Counsel responsible for leading negotiations and providing strategic guidance on enterprise SaaS and partnership contracts.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, coordinating input from stakeholders across functions.
Provide day-to-day legal advice to the business and participate in negotiation calls to align legal risk with business needs.
Assess and manage legal and commercial risk, and communicate clearly with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Experience with privacy and AI matters or financial institutions is advantageous, along with strong SaaS B2B contract experience.
Requires 8+ years of practicing attorney experience, with a proactive, organized, and execution-focused mindset.
