The role
The wedding and events planner at Avisford Park Hotel in Chichester is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of ceremonies, conferences, and special occasions within the hotel. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide seamless event execution, including handling enquiries, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to maintain high service standards. The coordinator will utilise RezControl for bookings and ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
