The role

The role involves assessing and supporting the emotional and behavioural development of students within a specialised setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will deliver tailored interventions, embed positive behaviour support strategies, and provide guidance to staff and families. They should have HCPC registration, postgraduate psychology qualification, and experience supporting young people with autism and complex needs. Skills in collaboration and supervising assistants are essential, as well as a commitment to evidence-based practice. The role requires working in an educational environment with a focus on supporting child development and wellbeing in Bristol.
