The role
The role involves leading multiple engineering teams through senior management, focusing on organisational growth, leadership development and operational excellence. Candidates should have extensive experience in product-led SaaS environments, with a strong record of scaling teams and improving engineering metrics using frameworks such as DORA or SPACE. Key responsibilities include coaching Engineering Managers, aligning engineering with product and business strategies, and driving organisational change and transformation. Technical expertise in cloud native environments, PHP, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL is desirable, along with experience in AI adoption and engineering efficiency.
