The role
BakerHicks is seeking a Senior or Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer to support the growth of our Land Quality and Geo-Environmental capability across the UK. You will lead technical delivery, mentoring, and team development on a range of projects. The role offers opportunities to establish a presence in London or strengthen the Motherwell team, work within multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and delivery timelines, and contribute to client-facing proposals. The position requires strong technical expertise in geo-environmental assessments and project management skills. Candidates should have experience with land contamination, environmental regulations, and technical reporting. Knowledge of environmental impact assessments and project coordination in engineering contexts is essential.
