The role
A recognised development studio seeks a Senior Game Programmer specialised in Unreal Engine to adapt and optimise game projects for various platforms, with emphasis on PS5. The role involves leading porting activities, enhancing performance and stability, and utilising platform-specific tools. The candidate will work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and improve pipelines, ensuring high-quality, efficient game delivery. Essential skills include extensive Unreal Engine experience, knowledge of performance optimisation, and proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. The role requires access to a suitable development environment, including a modern GPU and ample SSD storage.
