The role
Lead a cross-disciplinary team of ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Ops Engineers to design, build, and operationalize models and infrastructure for real-time personalization.
Define strategy and roadmap for end-to-end personalization systems—from model research and feature engineering to real-time inference and production deployment.
Translate complex business needs into actionable ML initiatives while ensuring reliability, scalability, ethics, and customer-centric outcomes.
Oversee development of advanced ML models and distributed decisioning systems, and drive engineering excellence through MLOps, peer reviews, and rigorous evaluations.
Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to evolve platform components such as feature stores, serving layers, pipelines, and monitoring frameworks.
Mentor and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact.
