The role
As a Principal Data Scientist, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models to address complex business challenges and inform strategic decisions.
You will drive exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and rigorous statistical modeling to extract actionable insights from diverse data sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions and oversee model validation, tuning, and lifecycle management.
Mentor and guide associates on analytical techniques, coding best practices, and data visualization to elevate team capabilities.
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Will contribute to data sourcing and data quality efforts, ensuring robust, scalable, and governance-aligned analytics across the organization.
