The role
Join a Massy-based image processing and AI team focused on embedded perception systems.
Study, implement, and evaluate preprocessing and normalization methods, including global and local tone mapping, as inputs to neural networks for perception tasks.
Conduct a state-of-the-art survey on tone mapping and normalization techniques (global vs local, histogram-based, gamma, etc.).
Propose and implement preprocessing scenarios suited to embedded constraints.
Build evaluation pipelines with metrics (precision, recall, robustness) and resource metrics (memory footprint, throughput, latency).
Summarize results in reports and presentations, and propose industrial-ready recommendations for integration.
