The role
Support a growing commercial lines book with emphasis on construction and contractors.
Provide policy administration, billing, claims handling, coverage analysis, and renewals.
Gather underwriting information, analyze loss runs, prepare submissions, and assist with pricing and binding.
Review contracts for proper coverages and help issue policies while maintaining data accuracy.
Manage accounts receivable, monitor workflows in agency management systems, and ensure timely tasks.
Collaborate closely with account teams and producers, communicate openly, and uphold service excellence.
