The role
Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and assigned group of commercial accounts, ensuring timely service and accuracy.
Manage policy administration, expirations, renewals, and coverage analysis while safeguarding against errors and omissions.
Gather underwriting information, perform loss run analysis, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and pricing, and present proposals.
Handle task processing, contract reviews, and ensure proper bind and issuance of policies.
Monitor accounts receivable, collect outstanding balances, and maintain data integrity within agency management and carrier platforms.
Collaborate with team members, maintain open communication on workload, strive for continuous improvement, and uphold service excellence.
