The role
Line 1: Manage an assigned book of commercial lines, ensuring client retention while supporting new business.
Line 2: Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues with accuracy.
Line 3: Lead the account management workflow, maintaining data accuracy in agency systems and ensuring timely processing.
Line 4: Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present renewals and proposals.
Line 5: Monitor accounts receivable, billing, and delinquent balances; support carrier/vendor platforms.
Line 6: Deliver proactive service, communicate status clearly, and pursue continuous improvement with a client-first mindset.
