The role
As a Staff Data Scientist in Marketplace, you will own end-to-end data products and inference frameworks that drive growth and efficiency across supply and demand.
You will specify and estimate models to quantify marketplace outcomes and forecast key metrics.
You will apply advanced causal inference techniques to measure the impact of changes in supply and demand, enabling proactive interventions.
You will deliver actionable insights to inform supply growth, pricing strategies, and fee optimization.
You will mentor other data scientists, uphold technical excellence, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams.
You will engage with stakeholders to translate business goals into rigorous data-driven solutions.
