The role
Seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide general transactional support and oversee corporate matters in a growing financial services environment.
Lead deal negotiations and draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs and licensing arrangements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, finance, and corporate teams; manage external counsel as needed.
Support regulatory compliance efforts and participate in special projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Must have a JD from an accredited law school and 3+ years of general corporate experience, with strong communication and both independent and team-oriented work style.
