The role
Construction Laborer needed for on-site work at multiple sites around San Antonio and surrounding counties.
Perform physical tasks including digging trenches, preparing sites, and cleaning debris.
Operate hand and power tools such as air hammers, cement mixers, earth tampers, and small mechanical hoists.
Assist other crew members and help with scaffolding, surveying, and measuring tasks.
Must lift up to 50 lbs and be available for weekends or extended hours as required; standard schedule 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
Wage starts at $19.44 per hour with overtime at $29.16 per hour; full-time hours available with travel between worksites.
