The role
Perform general construction labor on residential job sites, supporting carpenters, supervisors, and trades as needed.
Load, unload, and move materials and tools; maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and adhere to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Help meet daily production goals to keep projects on schedule and support field operations.
This role involves physical outdoor labor, lifting, bending, standing, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
Requires 4+ years of construction experience (5 years preferred) and OSHA certification; strong teamwork and reliability expected.
