The role
As a Construction Laborer focused on Grade and Pave, you will perform physical labor on site to support grading and paving operations.
Operate jackhammers, drills, and other power tools, and assist with surveying, measuring, and layout.
Dig trenches, backfill, and compact soil to meet grade specifications while preparing sites for paving and concrete work.
Load, unload, and distribute materials, clean and maintain equipment, and support other trades as needed.
Manage traffic control in work zones and uphold a safety-first culture through consistent adherence to site rules.
This on-site role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks for long periods.
