Push the boundaries of reinforcement learning and post-training strategies for large language models focused on code intelligence.
Invent and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning solutions that operate at industrial-scale.
Build and ship products that improve the day-to-day workflows of millions of developers by enabling intelligent code assistance.
Advance research in AI and ML for programming and share findings at premier ML/NLP conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP).
Collaborate directly with customers to rapidly translate research breakthroughs into production-ready systems.
Work in a cross-disciplinary environment that blends research, software engineering, and product impact, with emphasis on mentorship and knowledge sharing.
