The role
Lead the statistical foundations of scalable experimentation platforms.
Evaluate current practices and identify high-impact improvements across the organization.
Enhance methodologies for A/B testing, causal inference, and advanced experimental design.
Partner with engineering to build scalable experimentation tooling and infrastructure.
Develop and evangelize best practices for experimentation; consult with data science and product teams.
Contribute to roadmap planning to drive data-informed decision-making at scale.
