The role
The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational HR agenda across multiple businesses in the UK, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This role involves designing and implementing HR policies, compensation structures, performance frameworks, and workforce planning initiatives to support organisational growth. The successful candidate will oversee HR compliance activities, employee relations, benefits administration, and integration activities related to acquisitions, ensuring operational excellence. Experience supporting multi-site operations, merger and acquisition integration, and HR systems management are essential. Candidates should possess strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach suitable for a fast-paced environment.
