Head of Global Real Estate, Facilities & Security Operations

Lead the global real estate, facilities, and security operations for a multinational portfolio spanning APAC, EMEA, North America, and beyond. Shape and execute the end-to-end strategy for real estate, facilities, and security across 22 countries, aligning with business objectives. Oversee global real estate portfolio management, including lease negotiations, site selection, property transactions, and construction oversight. Manage day-to-day facilities services, vendor performance, health and safety compliance, and on-site teams. Direct security operations and vendor contracts to maintain consistent standards and safe working environments. Provide regular executive updates, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, HR, and other functions, and lead a high-impact transformation during a major spin-off.
