The role
Drove influencer and ambassador program strategy across multi-channel campaigns, sourcing and onboarding creators and athletes to align with brand goals.
Own influencer briefs, content development, approvals, and end-to-end campaign execution with rigorous measurement and optimization.
Collaborate with marketing and paid media to integrate influencer activity into seasonal and product moments.
Build and scale an athlete-based ambassador program, optimizing for ROI and authentic creator partnerships.
Manage operations: terms negotiation, asset approvals, payments, onboarding, and product deliveries; maintain brand compliance.
Establish scalable systems for relationship and project management, analyze performance, and provide strategic insights to maximize impact.
