The role
Lead and supervise electrical trades across multiple naval shipyard facilities.
Perform advanced maintenance, installation, testing, and repair of electrical systems.
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate work with crews to meet schedules and safety standards.
Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with procedures while maintaining readiness of electrical systems.
Direct teams at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Trident Refit Bangor, and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility.
Education is not required; emphasis on demonstrated leadership and technical proficiency.
