The role
Provide strategic, pragmatic guidance on all stages of the employee lifecycle, including accommodations, leave administration, wage and hour compliance, and contingent workforce matters.
Oversee outside counsel on employment disputes, assess risk exposure, and shape case strategy toward practical business outcomes.
Develop and deliver training, draft and update employment policies, and monitor regulatory developments to maintain a compliant workplace.
Lead audits and internal investigations into ethics, misconduct, and policy violations, ensuring prompt, thorough documentation and remediation.
Advise on workplace response and threat assessment, including incident triage, protective orders, and post-incident remediation.
Partner with HR and leadership to deliver business-focused legal solutions with integrity, collaboration, and a strong client service mindset.
