The role
Provide day-to-day counseling on employment law issues, workplace policies, and risk mitigation for clients.
Advise on compliance with federal and Washington state employment laws, and develop proactive strategies to address challenges.
Manage cases independently from inception through resolution, delivering thorough analyses and clear, substantiated reports.
Conduct impartial workplace investigations into harassment, fraud, compliance issues, and whistleblower claims, with detailed legal analyses.
Perform legal research and develop training materials, guidance on investigation processes, and best practices.
Build trusted client relationships, balance multiple matters, and contribute to a collaborative labor and employment practice.
